Foreign tourist arrivals up 1.7 pct in first 4 months of 2012

Foreign tourist arrivals in Romania have surged by 1.7 percent over Jan. - April 2012, compared to the same period of 2011, amounting to 1.987 million, according to a release of the Ministry of Regional Development and Tourism.
