Cars : Dacia Lodgy to be officially launched in Romania on 6 June
Dacia officially launches in Romania a family car – Lodgy on 6 June, at prices between 9,500 and 14,700 euro. The launch will be followed by four days of open doors for clients between 7 and 10 June, according to 0-100.ro.
Dacia Lodgy, exclusively made in Morocco, is available in versions with 5 and 7 seats and has three equipping variants: Access, Ambiance and Laureate. Deliveries begin in June for clients who have already ordered the car. The Romanian market is interested in Lodgy, but the first figures are not spectacular. About 100 Romanian clients have ordered Lodgy in April, while 3,000 persons are on the list of possible clients, according to Dacia officials.
Dacia Lodgy is made in Morocco but 15-20% of engineering was made in Romania and 31 suppliers export 270 types of parts to Morocco. Lodgy has a 3 year guarantee or 100,000 km. The car passed an endurance test of 2 million km before being manufactured.
