Romania ranks 8th in the top ten beer producers in the EU

Romania has ranked eighth among the top ten beer producers in the European Union last year, according to the latest report on the European beer sector released by “Europe Brewers” organization last December. Therefore, boasting a production of 16.05 million hectolitres of beer, Romania has succeeded Czechia in 2017 and managed to outrank Italy.
