Romania mobile telecom users offered lower EU roaming rates

Romania's telecommunications authority Ancom announced that the Romanian mobile telephony and mobile internet users will benefit from cheaper roaming rates when travelling within the EU, if they choose the basic tariff plan, i.e. the Eurotariff, as of 1 July.
