German retailer Metro Cash & Carry has launched its franchise program for a new convenience store format under the brand ‘La doi pasi’ (in approximate translation, two steps away). The average national price for apartments built before 1990 was, in the first quarter of 2011, about 720 eurosq.m., on the drop by 2.1% compared to the previous semester, shows a press release of real estate company Darian.
