Govt to sell Black Sea shore resorts at auction

National Authority of Heritage and State Protocol Management (RA-APPS) plans to sell at auction a hotel of Neptun Olimp (Romanian Black Sea resort) for a starting price worth 2.438 million euros, without VAT, the RA-APPS web page informs.The Authority also established the starting price for more 25 land plots and buildings, namely the Dacia Hotel and Bar and the surrounding land plot covering 7,990.84 sq.m, located in Neptun-Olimp seaside resort, Constanta County starts auction at ...
