Agriculture Minister: We estimate wheat production of 5.6 million tons, 40% lower than last year

Adrian Oros, the minister of agriculture, announced on Tuesday partial results about the harvesting campaign. The average wheat yield dropped by 40% compared to 2019, to 2.9 tons/ha, estimating a wheat production of 5.5-5.6 million tons.
