First off-road car with special destination made in Romania, launched at SAB & Accesorii 2013
The First off-road vehicle made in Romania devoted to saving lives, produced by GHE-O Motors local company, was officially launched on Thursday, on the first day of Bucharest Auto Show & Accessories 2013 at Romaero Baneasa.
'We reached completely isolated places to help people needing help. Then, we thought why couldn't we build a vehicle that can reach anywhere? We wanted more from a vehicle. Then we managed to conceive something else, a vehicle devoted to rescuing people encountered in absolutely critical situations, in impossible places,' former off-road rally pilot Florin Radu said at the launching event.
The new special vehicle, named Rescue, was thought, designed and built by Romanian specialists, with the purpose of creating a vehicle capable of reaching in the toughest conditions places inaccessible to the current means, when peoples' lives are at stake.
GHE-O Motors present the special vehicle as the ideal solution for transport, medical support, fire extinguishing, as it can intervene in various urgent situations which had no solutions.
From the technical point of view, Rescue is a car with unibody, 11 seats, dimensions of 5,200/2,700/2,390 and 3.2 tonnes.
Premium Expo, in the period October 10-20, 2013, at Romaero Baneasa, organises the eleventh edition of Bucharest Auto Show & Accessories 2013 (SAB & Accesorii 2013), an event expecting over 50,000 visitors.
