The Czech energy group CEZ will acquire 15% of the joint venture to build unit 3 and 4 of the Nuclear Energy Power Station (CNE) Cernavoda, including Societatea Nationala Nuclearelectrica (SNN) with a total investment of 2.3 billion euro, according to the Czech press agency Euro Online, quoted by Thomson Financial.
