Romania derived over 176 million euros in the first ten months of 2012 from exports of livestock and live fowls, up 25 percent from the similar period of 2011's 140.91 million euros, according to data released by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MADR).Thus, in the first ten months of 2012, Romania traded 76,415 tonnes of livestock and live fowls on the internal European market and external markets, particularly cattle, pigs, sheep, goats, hens, ...
