Romania and Bulgaria posted the lowest shares of Internet users who shopped online last year among EU member states, Eurostat said on Wednesday, seenews.com informs A total of 23% of Internet users in Romania and 27% in Bulgaria said they purchased goods or services for private use in 2017, Eurostat said in a statement.
