Real estate: Prices for Bucharest apartments drop by 4% in July
Average prices asked by apartment owners in Bucharest dropped in July by 1-4% compared to June and by 3-7% against July 2013, according to a study made by the site AnunturiParticulari.ro.The price drop measured by AnunturiParticulari.ro is generated by the high number of offers and is fed by the haste with which owners want to get the last clients in the “First house” program.
The average price for one room apartments was 31,645 euro in July 2014, 1% less than in June 2014 and 3% less than in 2013 when it was 32,613 euro.The average price for two room apartments in July 2014 was 49,273 euro, 2% less than in the previous month and 7% less than in 2013 when it was 52,870 euro.
The price of a three room apartment was 67,700 euro in July 2014, 4% less than in June and 4% less than in July 2013, when the price was 70,355 euro.
The average price of a 4 room apartments was 88,303 euro in July 2014, 1% less than in June and 6% less than in 2013 when the price was 93,598 euro.
