Healthcare: CNAS signed a contract cost-volume-result for the treatment without interferon
The National House of Health Insurance (CNAS) signed a contract cost-volume-result for the treatment without interferon of cronic hepatitis C and hepatitis cirosis C on the basis of which pacients with phibrosis F4 will benefit from the treatment, the specialty consultative commissions of the ministry of health going to elaborate criteria to include interferonless treatment. According to a press release by CNAS the medicine will be prescribed for the pacients who meet the criteria for inclusion in the treatment based on the approval issued by the commission for experts for hepatitis at the level of the National House of Health Insurance.
CNAS says that the prescription of the treatment and the monitoring of the pacient will be made by doctors in the following nine centres: Bucuresti, Cluj, Constanta, Craiova, Iasi, Sibiu, Targu Mures, Timisoara, Oradea.
