Romanian authorities are in advanced talks with the European Commission for funds of 1 billion euro to rebuild Romania's irrigation system, Agriculture Minister Daniel Constantin told the Realitatea TV commercial television channel.The 1-billion-euro amount has been advanced by Word Bank experts in a study regarding the rebuilding and modernisation of Romania's national irrigation system.Constantin said ...
