Natural gas deliveries from Russia towards Europe will be resumed after European observers will reach the Russian - Ukrainian border to check the transit, Czech PM Mirek Topolanek declared quoted by AFP. The European Commission proposed on Wednesday a fair solution: the presence of observers that would monitor the natural gas volumes transiting Ukraine.
