Hungary's oil group MOL sold 10 gas stations operated in Romania to fuel retailer Agip Romania, a unit of Italy's oil company ENI, buying at the same time 26 gas stations operated by Agip in Austria, by an agreement aimed at optimizing both companies’ operations on the fuel distribution market.The transaction was also aimed at reaching both Agip and MOL development targets, MOL stated Monday in a press release.Following the transaction, MOL group will own 73 gas stations in Austria ...
