Romania begins consultations with European Commission experts regarding National Allocation Plan for Greenhouse Gas Emissions

Romania on Wednesday started consultations with the European Commission on the National Allocation Plan (NAP) Greenhouse Gas Emissions, which it has already submitted to the EC.
