Coal and fuel oil to be taken out of state reserve as a loan to put out electricity and heating

Romania's Government okayed 2.127 million tonnes of coal and 185,153.04 tonnes of fuel oil from the state reserve to be lent to ensure electricity and heating supply for the population in winter, when electricity and heating consumption grows above the daily and monthly average, the Ministry of Economy and Trade informs.
