EBRD makes new investment in Romanian energy market

The European bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) on Tuesday in Bucharest signed a loan contract, worth 170 million euros, with Romania's largest thermo-energy plant, the state-owned Complexul Energetic (CE) Turceni.
