World Bank (WB) is to help Romania to liberalize the energy market and to attain the European strategy objectives, of enhancing the renewable energy weight in the national energy consumption, the so-called 20-20-20 strategy, reveals the Romania Country Partnership Strategy, worked out and released by WB.
