Lukerg will invest 135 mil.euro in a wind park in Tulcea
Lukerg Renew finalised the acquisition of a project for a wind park in Tulcea with an installed capacity estimated at 84MW where they estimate to invest 135 mil.euro, Wolf Theiss announced, the society which offered the consultancy to the buyer. Lukerg Renew, an association in partnership with Lukoil of Russia and the Italian energy group ERG acquired a project of wind park in Romania with an installed capacity estimated at 84MW at the end of 2012. At the closing of the trading on the Romanian market Lukerg Renew was assisted by a team of professionals from Wolf Theiss and the financial consultants Ernst&Young.
The Wolf Theiss team which ensured the consultancy for this trading, coordinated by Ciprian Glodeanu, Partner together with Ileana Glodeanu counsel was made up of lawyers Radu Simion and Claudia Chiper as well as the lawyers Ruxandra Musat, Radu Plesca, Alice Apetrei, Ioana Bratu si Andreea Alexandru.
Lukerg estimates that they will invest approximately 135 million euro in this project situated in the region of Tulcea. Lukerg Renew intends to start the construction of the wind park in the first quarter of 2013 and finance the project through financing without appeal on a long term, to start the commercial functioning in 2014.
