Telecom. IT: Electronic communication and postal service markets reached cumulated value of 20 billion lei

The cumulated value of electronic communications and postal services markets in Romania have reached about 20 billion lei, of which 3.2 billion lei are for postal services, according to data presented by Eduard Lovin, the vicepresident of  ANCOM.
