Romanian agriculture lacks system service in the field
Romanian farmers should understand the fact that the service system in this field is very important and is missing for the time being, Adrian Vasilescu , the councilor of BNR governor declared on the national radio station. “Our farmers do not understand how they could get only 20% of a service system , while the rest of 80%, or 30% and 70% of services would belong to 20% or 30% received by farmers could be more than they receive now. I think they will understand that services do not appear.
The service system should be a production system. We produce goods and services,” Vasilescu said.
The BNR official showed at the same time the fact that Romanian agriculture lacks services and gave as example price increases for basic products, although Romania owns the biggest farming area in Europe.
In January, compared to December 2012, prices for foodstuff grew by 1.24% on the average. Important price increases were registered for beans and other vegetables – 3.12%, while prices dropped only for sugar – minus 0.11%. The annual inflation rate in January was 5.97% and the monthly rate was 1.3%.
