Real Estate: Over 393, 000 sales of land and houses recorded in the whole country, from the beginning of the year
Over 393,000 sales of land and houses were recorded in the whole country, in the first eight months of this year, and in August there were traded at national level almost 57,000 houses, according to the data sent by the National Agency of Cadaster and Real Estate Publicity.
Thus, in the first eight months of the year there were recorded in the whole country 393,294 sales, most of the sales of houses being in Bucuresti – 47,764,Cluj – 26,381 and Ilfov – 23,357.The counties with fewer houses sold during the same period were Salaj – 2,676, Gorj – 2,961 and Caras –Severin 2513.
In August, the number of houses which were sold and bought at national level was 56,986 and most houses were sold in Bucuresti – 7,130.
The number of mortgages at national level between January – August was 157,402. Most operations of this kind were recorded in August in Bucuresti – 3,818, Cluj – 1,969 and Ilfov – 1,462. At the other end, there were Salaj – 59, Harghita – 69 and Teleorman – 72.
The counties with most agricultural land sold in the first eight months of the year are Timis – 5,760,Dolj – 4,570 and Arad – 4,541, according to the data of the National Agency of Cadaster and Real Estate Publicity.
