Real Estate: Eurostat: Housing prices in Greece and Romania, the largest decreases in the EU between 2007 and 2019

House prices, as measured by the House Price Index, rose by 4.2% in the euro area (EA19) and by 4.7% in the EU27 in the fourth quarter of 2019 compared with the same quarter of the previous year.
