Real estate: Eurostat: House prices in Romania went up by 5.6% in 2018

In 2010 and 2011 housing prices in Romania recorded an annual drop by 7.5% and 12.3% respectively, then went up by 5.6% in 2018, according to data published by Eurostat.
In EU, house prices went up by 16% over 2010-2018.
In that time span, the most significant advance among EU states was recorded in Estonia (83%), Latvia (61%), Austria (56%), Sweden (55%) and Luxembourg (50%), while the highest decline was in Italy (-17%), Spain (-12%) and Cyprus (-8%).
