Ploiesti-Brasov highway to be made by Turkish-Chinese consortium

The dismissed minister of Transports, Razvan Cuc, has announced that the contract for the Ploiesti-Brasov Highway is ready. It is to be made in public-private partnership by a Turkish-Chinese consortium.
