Transport Ministry to receive 4.5 billion euros in financial grants by 2013

The Transport Ministry qualifies for financial grants of 4.5 billion euros from the European Union by 2013 plus 1 billion euro in co-financing money, says Transport Minister Radu Berceanu.'This is a decision incorporated in the 2007-2013 budget of the European Union. Romania cashed more than EUR 38 million from cattle exports over the first five months of 2010, almost nine times more than the amounts paid for the import of live animals of the same species, shows data of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MADR) on trade with agri-foods.
