Over 44,000 buildings and land were sold in Romania in April

Over 44,100 buildings and land were sold in Romania in April, the number of houses,land and apartments which were the object of contracts of sale-purchase at national level ,being with 996 higher than the month of April last year, shows the data sent  on Friday by the National Agency of Real Estate publicity (ANCPI).

In April,there were sold 44,106 buildings, most being traded in Bucuresti – 5,837,in Timis – 3,491and Cluj – 2962.The counties with the fewest buildings sold during this period are Caras-Severin -320,Gorj – 265 and Olt – 207.

The number of mortgages at national level in April this year was 22,134 with 5,841 higher than in April 2017.

Most operations of this kind were registered  last month in Bucharest – 5,517, Timis -1,760 and Cluj -1,318. At the other end, Covasna – 92,Salaj – 49 and Gorj – 48.

The counties were most agricultural land was sold during the fourth month  of the year are Timis 0 1,289, Arad 0 709 and Braila – 659.
