Infrastructure : Minister Bode: for the next ten years, the transport infrastructure needs 72,2 billion euro
The total necessary for financing for the next ten years for all means of transport is approximately 72,2 billion euro, stated the minister of transport, infrastructure and communications, Lucian Bode. ‘ One of the most important factors which define the ministerial activity of this year – and this is a key document – is the Plan for Investment for the development of transport infrastructure for 2020 – 2030.
For the next ten years the total necessary financing for all means of transport is approximately 72,2 billion euro. We have established the guiding lines
for the transport sector, documents which updates on the one hand the implementation of the General Master Plan for Transport and will be the basis for access to European funds for the next European financial exercise 2021 - 2027’ he stated, in a press conference.
The head for Transport said that it is necessary to accelerate the implementation of the existing infrastructure drafts in the Investment Plan, as well as measures for the increase of the administrative capacity of the state for this process.
