The number of farmland plots stood at some 3.63 million in 2013, down by around 6% from that recorded at the 2010 General Agricultural Census, mainly due to the plot-joining process, show the data released by the National Statistics Institute /INS/. The number of plots without legal personality (mainly of individual type) was 3.602 million, by 5.9% lower than in 2010.
