Agriculture: Young farmers can benefit from up to 50 ha from state property
The government approved a government decision which allows granting facilities for young farmers to benefit from an area of up to 50 hectares through the Agency of State Domains, said Ionel Danca, the head of the premier's chancellery at Victoria Palace, on Friday.
“We are speaking about a draft government decision amending application norms for the law on the functioning of the Agency of State Domains. This is a document allowing to carry out one of the programs included in the National Investment and Economic Relaunch Government Plan headed by premier Ludovic Orban, the completion of the program installing young farmers, besides subsidies granted from European funds, granting facilities to these young farmers besides subsidies granted from European funds, granting facilities to benefit from an area of 50 ha, a concession from state property.
After adopting this government decision, the Ministry of Agriculture will be able to implement the program of installing young farmers on pieces of land of 50 ha,” Danca explained.
