Rompetrol Refinary intends to earmark by 2009 about 22.6 million dollars to expand the transit capacity for oil products of Constanta Port dock no. 9 (south-east, at the Black Sea) writes daily Bursa.According to the paper, the project will allow the mooring of maritime vessels with a capacity of 10,000 tdw and of tank barges of up to 2,000 tdw.The project supports company development plans that target for 2009 an annual refining capacity of 5 million tons of crude, as to the current 3.7 ...
