Reactor 1 of Cernavoda nuclear plant could be shut down after August 15 if Danube's flow further drops, said on Tuesday in a press conference the Minister of Economy and Finance Varujan Vosganian.'There is a risk that reactor 1 may be shut down if Danube's level further drops but that might not happen.
