EON Gas Romania separates supply and distribution activities

EON Gas Romania has separated supply and distribution activities as of 1 July, two independent companies resulting from the process – EON Gas Romania and EON Gas Distribution. In both companies the Romanian state is a shareholder through AVAS with 37% of shares and Property Fund with 12% of shares.
