Petrom lessens production of crude oil and natural gas

The overall production of crude oil and natural gas of Petrom, a company member of the Austrian oil group OMV dropped 3 percent in the second quarter of this year as against the first quarter, to 196,000 barrels of oil equivalent a day from 202,000 barrels of oil equivalent a day, reads the preliminary report made public by OMV.
