Romania ranks the 13th among Europe's polluters, with 34.5 million tonnes of CO2 released per year, Carbon Monitoring for Action (CARMA) data say.The top position is held by Germany, with 356 million tonnes, followed by UK with 212 million tonnes and Poland, with 166 million tonnes.
