Nuclearelectrica obtained in tribunal the suspension of an ANRE order through which it has presented the Methodology for the establishment of prices and electricity quantities which energy producers can sell on the regulated market this year,sources in the domain said.
More exactly, it is about the ANRE order 216/2019 for the approval of the Methodology for the establishment of prices for electricity sold by producers on the basis of the regulated contracts and electricity quantities in the regulated contracts signed by producers with suppliers and the establishment of the maximum quantities of electricity which could be imposed as selling obligations on the basis of regulated contracts.
SN Nuclearelectrica SA in conflict with the defendant ANRE requires the suspension of the ANRE order 216/2019, issued by the defendant until the tribunal decided. With the right for appeal in five days since communication, the appeal request is to be presented with the Court of Appeal Bucharest.’.In parallel, Nuclearelectrica started a file in tribunal, in January, to annul this order.
The order 116 shows that the objective aimed by ANRE is ‘to keep tariffs/regulated prices applied to household clients by FUI ( end suppliers ) for the period 1 January 2020 – 31 December 2020 at a relatively constant level’.
