Nuclearelectrica intends to sign contracts for physical protection and monitorisation services for the Cernavoda Units
The National Society Nuclearelectrica will acquire services for physical and monitoring protection of the protected premises of the Nuclearelectrica Headquarters in Cernavoda by signing an agreement whose value is estimated at 22,2 million lei, without VAT for seven years, with one economic agent only, according to the annuncment for participation to the bid published by the society in the Electronic System of Public Acquisitions (SEAP) the e-licitatie. The service will be made on the basis of a Control and Protection Plan of Nuclearelectrica, document classified as “secret” drawn up in collaboration with Jandarmeria Romana. The estimated value of the biggest contract is 3,172 million lei.
The Control and Physical Protection Plan includes 12 permanent positions 24hper 24h, 365 days/year, 3 permanent positions 12 h/day, on working days, eight permanent positions 9 h/day, on working days and a temporary position 12 h/day, 8 months/year.
The contract will be attributed to the most advantageous offer economically speaking as regards the price of the bid, which has a share of 60%, reaction and action capacity – 10% continuous training of the personnel – 10% personnel motivation – 20%.
The contract will be signed for a period of 84 months since signature, and the value of the guarantee for participation to the bidding is 225,000. The acquired services will be paid out of production expenditure of CNE Cernavoda.
The deadline for the requests for documents and for access to documents is 26 April 2013, and the deadline for the offers or participation offers is 30 April 2013.
