Japanese Marubeni company has been designated by the Japanese state to buy a major share of greenhouse gas emission allowances from the Romanian state, announced on Thursday, on the occasion of the Focus-Energy Conference, Rodin Traicu, State Secretary in the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Business Environment (MECMA).
