Hidroelectrica has investment of 1,557 billion lei for 2012
The Hidroelectrica company has investment for 2012 worth 1,557 billion lei, with 47,485 million lei higher than those of 2011, according to the income budget and expenditure published in the Official Gazette. Approximately 60% of the investment ( 890 million lei) will be made out of own resources, and the rest from foreign bank loans – 410 million lei and from other sources – 257,485 million lei.
Total income of the society were estimated at 3,088 billion lei, this year higher by 17.6 million lei against those of 2011, and the expenditure at 3,038 billion lei, dropping by 22,381million lei.
The government approved at the beginning of this year the selling of a shares package of 10% newly issued, as a result of the increase of the social capital at Hidroelectrica. The social capital of Hidroelectrica is owned 80,0561% by the Romanian state through the ministry of economy, commerce and business environment and 19.9439% by the Proprietatea Fund.
