Hidroelectrica halves energy exports for 2007

Hidroelectrica electricity producer halved its energy exports for 2007 down to 2 TWh, said on Friday director general Traian Oprea.The energy producer increased the price of energy exported from 22 dollars per MWh in 2004 to 36 dollars in 2007, sources in the energy sector inform.Hidroelectrica has two export contracts with two foreign companies, ATEL and EFT.
