Gas imports of Romania go down 76.7 percent in H1

Romania imported, in the first six months this year some 496,000 tonnes equivalent oil, tep, of natural gas, by 1.63 million tep, or 76.7 percent, lower than that of the same period last year, according to data centralized by the National Statistics Institute.In the said period, the domestic production of natural gas totalled 4.437 million tep, being by 5.9 percent, or 279,500 tep, smaller than that of H1 2008. ...
