Gas consumption in Romania was reduced by 300 million cubic metres in 2006

The consumption of natural gas in Romania was reduced last year by 300 million cubic metres and a reduction is expected this year as well, due to the mild winter, the manager of the Department for Exploitation and Production in Romgaz, Dumitru Rotar.
