Enel Green Power connected to the grid the photovoltaic park in Colibasi Giurgiu county with an installed power of 6.5MW, the third operational project of solar energy of the company in Romania.
The photovoltaic unit in Colibasi will generate up to 8 million kWh electricity each year, sufficient to supply approximately 7,000 households, a press release of the Enel Green Power, part of the Italian Group Enel shows.
The company connected to the grid the first two photovoltaic parks developed in Romania, situated in Prahova county, with an installed company of approximately 19 MW.
Thus, Enel Green Power owns in Romania solar installations with 26 MW power. The company owns in Romania wind power stations with total installed power of 498 MW.
