Competition council analyses the taking over by Ade Gas Oil of some assets
The competition council announced on Tuesday that they analyse the taking over by Ade gas Oil of some assets owned by Azalis, Eurogenetic and Dolchimex.
‘The competition council analyses the trading through which Ade gas Oil company takes over some of the assets owned by Azalis, Eurogenetic and Dolchimex, assets which belong to the activity of trading en gros of GPL, including employees’ the press release says.
Ade Gas Oil which owns a natural gas deposit for cars in Caracal, Olt county intends to strengthen its activity engross of GPL by taking over assets from its associates – Azalis, Eurogenetic and Dolchimex – the assets for these activities.
In accordance with the provisions of the law of competition (no21/1999) this operation is an economic concentration Which surpasses the threshold of values included in the law, being under the control of the competition council’ the press release says.
The authority announced that they will evaluate this economic concentration with a view to establishing compatibility with ‘ normal competition environment’ and will issue a decision within the law.
