Argentina Shale Gas & Oil Summit 2015 is a two-day conference and exhibition serving as a platform to invigorate Argentine shale gas exploration. The event will explore current and future possibilities for the Argentine shale gas industry, bringing together senior government officials and technical experts with operators and license holders.
The conference will combine a series of presentations and moderator led panel discussions which will be followed by question and answer sessions with the audience. Day one will focus upon the future of shale in Argentina, navigating the regulatory landscape, operator experience and understanding the geomechanics of Argentinean shale. Day two will consider managing environmental impacts, public engagement, maximising investment opportunities, supply chain management and how to cover the skills gap in Argentina. The conference will incorporate numerous case studies covering existing experience within the Argentinian shale gas sector, with particular attention being paid to technological innovation within the industry.
The conference will also feature a two-day exhibition attended by market-leaders within the Shale Gas sector. The exhibition is an opportunity for companies to showcase their products or services towards current or potential clients and provide opportunities for further general networking.
