Romanian Dacia Sales In Turkey Up 71% In Jan-May, To Over 8,600 Cars

Renault Mais, the Turkish producer and distributor of the French auto giant, sold 8,625 Dacia cars during the first five months of the year, up 71% from the same period the year before, said Ibrahim Aybar, general manager of Renault Mais, cited by Turkish daily Hurriyet. Dacia ended last year with a total of 19,168 sales in Turkey, including 13,230 passenger cars and 5,938 light commercial vehicles.
