There are good chances for reverse taxation on grain transactions, effective as of this year, to save the public budget several hundreds of millions of euros, but also to boost the amount of foreign currency receipts from exports, says Mihai Ionescu, Secretary-general of the National Association of Romanian Exporters and Importers (ANEIR), and co-chair of Romania's Export Council.
