The retail turnover volume declined in the first nine months of 2010 compared to same period last year, as both unadjusted series and the adjusted series, depending on the number of working days and seasonal changes, by 4.2 percent and, respectively, by 4.9 percent, the National Statistics Institute (INS) informed .
